Placing international orders with us is easy. Simply select the styles you like, specifying quantity, color and size then send us an email to our info to enquire. If you are not an existing customer you will be asked to register your details. We will send you the quotation within 24hours of your enquiry. We will provide you the quotation of the order and also the options of shipping and price for your reference. Once everything is confirmed, you will need to TT the order amount to our bank account. And we will start production after we have received your payment. The lead time will be within 90days. All orders will be based on FOB Hong Kong or China, you can ask for our help from our shipping consultant if you are not familiar with the freight arrangements.
Once your order is completed, no changes can be made, as your order will start to be processed. So double check all the details before you submit your order. If you do notice a mistake after you have submitted your order then please email us right away at info@schontex.com with your order reference number and details of the mistake and we will try to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
