Placing international orders with us is easy. Simply select the styles you like, specifying quantity, colour and size then go to check out. If you are not an existing customer you will be asked to register your details. Your order total is calculated fully at the checkout in the currency of your choice. See the five other currency choices in the top right corner of the screen. All purchases include free shipping. See ‘Shipping’ section for details. The order amount total at the checkout is exactly what you are charged.

Once your order is completed, no changes can be made, as your order will start to be processed. So double check all the details before you submit your order. If you do notice a mistake after you have submitted your order then please email us right away at with your order reference number and details of the mistake and we will try to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

Payment Method

We accept payments through the secure Paypal system. You don't have to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. You can use your MasterCard or Visa credit card to pay through the Paypal system. If you already have a Paypal account you can use that. To find out more information about Paypal visit

All prices are shown in US Dollars but on the top right of your screen you can use the drop down menu to select any of 6 other currencies: The Euro, the Australian Dollar (AUD), Pounds Sterling (GB Pound), the Canadian Dollar (CAD), the Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and the Chinese Yuan (RMB).

Shipping - International Delivery

Shipping is free of charge. We will ship your order within 3 working days of receipt of payment. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. You can choose one of two delivery methods, depending on your budget and the urgency with which you need your purchase delivered.
  1. Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail (Shipping time 10 working days after dispatch). This is free of charge. Please allow more time if you live in a remote area.
  2. Express Courier – DHL (Shipping time 2-3 working days after dispatch). Available at additional cost.
We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damage suffered during shipping. Though we will assist in any way we can in claims made by you against the delivery company.

Customers will be responsible for any customs charges, import duty, local taxes and processing fees, if any such arise in the course of shipping to your country.

Return Policy and Procedure

We want you always to be happy with your purchase. Therefore if you are dissatisfied with your order, for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt exchange or refund.

If the item you purchased is damaged or defective simply return it for an exchange or refund.

You must return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges are only valid an item of the same monetary value. All exchanges are subject to availability.

If you are returning an item for exchange you will not be charged for re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If we make a mistake with your order such as shipping the wrong item, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping.

When returning items we recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking. Schöntex is not responsible for lost shipments.

Any refunds will be made back to your Paypal account. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned goods. Service charges such as express shipping, postal insurance and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

All items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached including all protective packaging. Schöntex has the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if the product is not in its original condition. We cannot accept an item for exchange or return of any item with an indication that it has been used, worn, laundered, resized or altered in anyway, including the removal of hang-tags.

Place the items you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope. You must include a copy of the invoice. Don't tape or staple anything to your returned item. Leave the papers loose within the package. If applicable, indicate the style, colour, and size of your desired replacement item(s). Please provide reasons for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund.

When you have posted the item please send us an email at with the details of the return including, your order number on your invoice, the item you are returning, the reason for the return and the postal tracking number so that we can expect to receive it.

All purchases are subject to the availability of the size and colour of your choice. We do our best to ensure that all items are in stock at the time of purchase but in an unlikely event where the size or colour of your choice is not available we will inform you right away so that you can chose to either wait for your item to be back in stock or select another item.

Customised Embroidery Logo

If you wish to customise your T-shirts or Jackets with your own club or company logo you can. Any purchase of 20 or more items can include 1 logo in 1 location on each item free of charge. The maximum size of the embroidered logo is 8cm x 8cm. Logos exceeding our size limit are subject to an embroidery surcharge.

If you have an electronic copy of your artwork, email it to us at We prefer files in either PDF or JPEG format with the highest resolution possible. Around 0.5MB to 2MB file size will be sufficient. Please include any details of colours and also indicate the height and width of the logo once embroidered on the garment. If you have any photos of any existing embroideries then please send a photo as that will help. Once we have the artwork, we can prepare the pre-production proofs for your confirmation and that takes about 3 to 5 days to produce. Once you are happy we will embroider the logo on the garments. Any items that are embroidered cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is an obvious fault with the garment.
